Meet Laura Kelleher

Laura Kelleher is the founder of Kelleher Legacy Law. Before founding the firm, she served as a Managing Estate Planning Attorney for a national estate planning firm and was named one of Houston's Best Estate Planning Attorneys by Houston's Best in 2025. Laura has advised hundreds of individuals and families on protecting their assets, planning for incapacity, and preserving their legacies. Having grown up in The Woodlands, she brings deep local roots and extensive experience guiding Houston-area families through estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters with clarity and compassion.

A dedicated Cougar, Laura earned both her Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Houston. She is passionate about helping hardworking families create thoughtful plans that provide peace of mind and protect the people they love most. Laura is a member of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Montgomery County Bar Association, The Woodlands Bar Association, and the Houston Bar Association.

Outside the office, Laura enjoys life in The Woodlands with her husband and their four children. As a parent and community member, she understands firsthand how much careful planning means for a family's future.
